Terms & Conditions
The Terms & Conditions specify the purchasing conditions at www.subglider.eu (hereinafter: the webpage), managed by Maremico d.o.o. (hereinafter: the provider). Read the Terms & Conditions before purchasing the product and thus facilitate your online purchase. Pay attention to the warranty, payment and delivery method and the protection of personal data.
When ordering the product on the website, you will receive an e-mail notification of your order. If you do not receive the notification, you may have given us the wrong e-mail address. In this case, call +386 (0)1 56 10 990 or e-mail email@example.com.
All product prices are in euros and include VAT. The cost of postage is given before order confirmation and depends on the country and quantity of the ordered products.
The products can be sent to all European Union states, except for Cyprus and Malta.

Instructions for Ordering Our Products
Adding Products to Your Shopping Cart
Select the desired product quantity and click “Add to cart”. If you want to continue with the purchase of other products, return to the store. If you want to finish your purchase, click “Shopping Cart”.
Entering Your Personal and Delivery Data
After clicking “Shopping Cart”, you will be taken to a page with the selected products you have added to the cart and with a form for entering your data. If you want to complete your order, you need to fill in all fields (only the “Company” and “VAT ID No.” fields are optional).
If you choose the delivery service for your delivery, the ordered products will be sent to the address you have provided on the form.
The price of the purchased product is valid on the day of purchase or order placement at www.subglider.eu. Select your preferred payment method. There are three options available:
Bank Card (payment via bank)
When you have filled in all the data, click “Verify & submit”. Verify the entered data and submit your order. After the order is made, a summary and order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.
Sending Ordered Products
The products you have ordered will be sent by post no later than the next working day following the successful placement for your order. The cost of postage is given before order confirmation and depends on the country and quantity of ordered products. The delivery time is 7 working days from the date of submitting your order on the website. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery service will notify you and the product will be re-delivered as agreed.
Changing Your Order
You can change your order on the website after its successful placement by calling +386 1 5610 900 or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancelling Your Order
Your order can be cancelled at any time during the ordering procedure on the website, upon confirmation of the order or when the order is already completed and paid for.
Call +386 1 5610 900 or write an e-mail to email@example.com. If you cancel your order, we will return 100% of the purchase price to the customer’s account.
Delivery & Delivery Time
The customer will receive the ordered products as chosen when placing the order (personal delivery or delivery via delivery service). The products are mostly in stock and are delivered within 7 working days. The delivery time is usually even shorter and amounts to 1 to 2 working days.
Product sales and delivery applies to Slovenia and all other EU states, except for Cyprus and Malta.
Returning the Purchased Product
We offer product returns within 14 days from the date of accepting the product and the refund of your money. The customer (natural person) does not need to give a reason for the return if returning the product within this period. The customer must state the intention in writing by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending his or her request to Maremico d.o.o., Šlandrova ulica 4, 1231 Ljubljana Črnuče. The physical return of the product to the address used for returns is also considered a notice of return (withdrawal from the contract). The customer must return the received product undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the product has been destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity without the fault of the customer. The customer must return the product at his or her own expense to Maremico d.o.o., Slandrova ulica 4, 1231 Ljubljana Crnuce within 30 days from declaring the intention to return. Since the packaging is an integral part of the item, it has to be included in the return of the product. Upon receipt of the product, the provider must refund the entire purchase price paid to the customer within 30 days from the receipt of the withdrawal from the sales contract at the latest.
The purchase price paid is refunded to the customer’s account upon its submission in order to guarantee the certainty, accuracy and timeliness of the refund and to keep records on payments. It is not possible to repay the purchase price in cash.
The return of the goods to the provider within the period of withdrawal is deemed a message of withdrawal from the contract, even if the customer does not inform the vendor in writing and in advance.

We will try to deal with the received complaints as soon as possible, but no later than within 45 days from receipt.
If you notice that the product is physically damaged upon delivery, if anything is missing or if there are signs of opening, you should immediately start the compensation procedure with the delivery service.
All Subglider products come with a 1-year warranty.
